About:
It's a clicker quest of purging banners from your homepage!
Push through dozens of banners and upgrade various web-tools to grow your ad-blocking power.
Hone your clicking skills – matters are in your own fingers hands!
There’s no time for idling, show these ads their place!
Key features:
- Clicker to the core! Not much idling: you’re in charge of your own progression
- Various tools to aid in your quest. Upgrade and utilize them to progress
- About 1-2 hours of gameplay. Take it all in one bite, don’t feel ashamed :)
Requirements:
- You'll need a PC with Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser installed
- You'll need a mouse with at least left and right mouse buttons
- Most of the gameplay consists of clicking. Any specific action will be hinted in-game
- Have fun!
P.S.
This game’s idea and prototype were concieved during Incremental Game Jam back in August 2020. Big thanks to guys over there for inspiring “Banners Begone!”. So glad I found the time and strength to actually finish this game.

hey Dreadpon, I play on a chromebook, and sometimes when i right click it will count it as a left click. Do you think you could create a chromebook mode? and what i mean is a mode that makes it so you only have to left click, and if someone uses it who is not on a chromebook, will say congrats you cheated.
Hello fellow chrombook user, usually I play on my main pc, but it has been in repair for a while, so if u do [hold alt] + Left click it will Right Click! :D

a+ fun game
This was really fun, but difficult. My poor mouse... all that clicking lol. But it was seriously fun and a great time waster. I spent an hour and 47 minutes on this xD but I feel accomplished, no more ads forever! I really like the concept of disabling certain ads to uncover new content, like the ad pusher upgrades etc. My favorite part was the minigame to get more keys, seeing just how fast I could click (at max reward, I managed to get 998 keys in one set!) Overall I would rate this a 4/5, my only complaint being how many clicks it takes for everything. I'm personally a lover of idle games where the game just gives you the money or progress over time, but for what it is; a clicker game, I really did enjoy it quite heavily. Props to you, Dreadpon!

can you make a version for the iOS?
That’s outside my current skill set. I guess I’ll get into mobile development eventually, but for now I’m doing PC games (or at least trying to lol).
This was a fun diversion. I like that you timeboxed the gameplay.

I always wanted to make a game like this with real ads and a leaderboard just to see how much money it could make.
played it for an hour and got A+ :) Nice game, statisfying and not impossible.
Finished in 9m55s, fun game! Balance might need a little work though, some upgrades are just useless compared to others.
