"Banners Begone!", a Quality of Life Patch!

So, a quick day-one patch is out! No huge changes, just general improvements and bugfixes.
Improvements:
- Cryptography has a more straight-forward hint
- Ad-Blocker has a more straight-forward hint
- Clarified the main purpose of using "keys" on the ad banners
- Added a special trigger to confirm the beginning of final phase of the game
- Added optional brief instructions on playing the game
- Clarified that "Hold" tools give rewards instead of costing resources
- Slightly increased the difficulty for achieving ranks
- Slightly nerfed the Skill-Exchange rate for keys. That stuff was a bit crazy I think
Fixed the following bugs:
- Ad-Blocker stopped regenerating when buying upgrades
- Motor Accessibility became disabled when upgrades were bought for Ad-Pusher and Freelancing tools
- "Hackaton" typo (should have been "Hackathon")
